Climate change is the structural issue transforming the way industry, finance, and civil society evaluates risk and opportunity. The transition to a low-carbon, climate-resilient economy requires systemic change with significant impacts on business models, credit quality, financing strategies and risk management.

This half-day event will kick-off with a keynote on the potential for exponential growth in clean technology, followed by two open learning forums on evolving transition risks in highly-exposed sectors, and physical climate risk quantification and mitigation in the financial industry. We will also hold a sustainable finance breakfast workshop prior to the main event to discuss how thematic debt markets can unlock climate financing and the role of second party opinions.
